Can't Install Creative Cloud

When trying to download or update a CC software program, it is important to know what to do when there’s an issue with the network connectivity. One way to check this issue is to configure the software firewall. Some users have reported instances where software/hardware firewall settings caused download errors to occur. This particular issue is commonly known as error 205, and it’s best to temporarily disable the firewall to allow stronger connectivity.

If downloading the software isn’t a big problem, the launching process could potentially have an issue. For example, the application window could freeze up or quit immediately upon launch. If the application freezes while operating on a computer with Mac OS X 10.5, Windows Vista, or an earlier operating system, Creative Cloud can direct the user to a helper app called Adobe Application Manager (AAM) to download, install, and manage your Creative Cloud apps. And if there’s a problem with the application quitting unexpectedly and without warning, there’s a method to sign out of the Adobe account associated with the app through the preferences. This resets the account information, which allows the Creative Cloud application to launch.
